Project Management Evacuations Lead a team of staff and volunteers in hosting five (5) First Nation evacuations in a 2 1/2 year period. Resolute Forest Products Closure (Iroquois Falls) Led, coordinated, and reported to Council regarding the negotiations with Resolute Forest Products and the Town when the mill closed permanently in 2014. Negotiated the transfer of the mill site, property and trestle bridge between representatives of third parties, Resolute and the Town. Liased with Ministers for assistance in the transition and negotiations with reference to assessment appeals. Contract Negotiations (Town of Deep River) Negotiated the legal agreements and communicated with the Federal Government for the agreement and cost sharing between Atomic energy of Canada Limited (AECL) and the Town of Deep River for the provision of a water main line (approx. 8km) to supply potable water to the nuclear plant. Tim Horton Events Centre (Cochrane) Led, coordinated, attended meetings, and reconciled financial records of the Tim Horton Events Centre and the Polar Bear Habitat and Heritage Village.
